We have been using 1st Choice Cleaning for over 16 years and during this time they have proven to be a very professional company.
They adhere to all the Health & Safety rules and their quality of work is second to none. All the staff employed by them are courteous, friendly and approachable and are discreet when working on site. We have always found their costings very competitive, in fact, they have not increased their prices for the last few years.
We have complete trust in them working on our site without supervision as some of their work is after office hours and we have to give them access during this time.

A. If we can carry out work whilst adhering to Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations there is no height restriction.
Q. Is there any cleaning that you do not undertake?
A. Yes, we do not take on any domestic cleaning or day-to-day office cleaning.
Q. Do you need to carry out a site survey / assessment to quote for work?
A. It is necessary for a site survey to be carried out as each task is unique. For example, different Health & Safety requirements.
Q. Can you supply a method statement?
A. A brief method statement is supplied within our quotations. A full method statement can be supplied on acceptance of quotation.
Q. Do you carry out a risk assessment prior to commencing work?
A. Yes, all our work is carried out to Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations which requires a risk assessment to be carried out.
